American Burger was started in August of 2009 by the Miguels family. Proud immigrants from El Salvador, we named our restaurant "American Burger" in honor of our own pursuit of the American entrepreneurial dream.
Meet the Business Owner: Jose Miguel and Family
My family moved to the United States from El Salvador when I was young. After obtaining a B.S. in Business Administration from Cal-State University Monterey Bay I was ready to start the entrepreneurial adventure. American Burger has a been a great place for our customers who love and appreciate good food, dancing, live music and a good story.
